Scheduler

SAP Capacity Planning

your team planned effectively

Easy and efficient scheduling

Creating schedules for your maintenance team using SAP requires some knowledge and skill. As a result, this functionality is rarely or only used by a few SAP users. Planning on paper or on a planning board is also far from ideal. Incentro developed a flexible capacity planning functionality or scheduler. This is a user-friendly and intuitive tool that allows a planner to plan the team simply and efficiently.

Capacity Planning

A clear overview of your team

The capacity planning or scheduler shows in one clear screen the current, planned work order data of team members, work centers, hours or qualifications. This data is loaded from SAP in real-time. All changes on the screen are also updated 1-to-1 in SAP.

By means of drag and drop you simply drag an operation or work order from the work list of released work orders at the bottom of the screen to the planning calendar. This operation or work order then disappears from the list because it is scheduled. Conversely, you can easily remove the operation or work order from the planning again, after which it reappears on the work list.

Operator

Overview at a glance

Each user has direct insight into what work their colleagues are working on. By clicking on an operation or task in a work order, he can view details or, for example, add a work instruction as a text or attachment. Would your employees still like a planning on paper? Just one click of a button prints a clear overview.
