Within a month after the first demo, you can start using our software and benefit from all the advantages that our Mobile Plant Maintenance Platform has to offer. Through our extensive experience with SAP/OutSystems integrations at various customers, we have developed a highly effective, completely secure strategy that can be applied to any SAP system without any hindrance.

How does the SAP implementation of the platform work?



We are happy to visit you for a live demonstration, but an online demo is also possible. During the demo, our PM Specialist will give you a look into the system of one of our customers and demonstrate how they have implemented the Mobile PM Platform on their system.

Proof of Concept

Have you become enthusiastic after seeing the demo? Then we offer you the possibility of a Proof of Concept on your own development or test system. You can then experience with your own data how the Plant Maintenance Platform can work for you.


After the roll-out of the Standard Software Package, a number of specific configurations follow, which we use to tailor the Platform to the unique situation and processes within your company.

Secure connection

In addition to setting up all the functionalities of the Platform, ensuring a secure connection to your SAP system is an important part of our work. In total, this first plant package roll-out takes two to three weeks.

SAP Implementation

Once you are convinced of the Platform and all its benefits, then we will implement your specific requirements by modifying the code where it does not yet fully meet your needs. We call this phase 'Change-to-fit' or 'Fit-gap'.

Roll-out to operations

The final step in the process is the roll-out to one or more pilot plants and users. If this is a success, a global roll-out to all your plants may follow. In this controlled way you are always in control and thus the success of the implementation.

Software as a Service (SaaS), with added benefits

Incentro offers the Mobile Plant Maintenance Platform on a Software as a Service basis. You purchase a license, after which you can use the platform. You will have exclusive access to an online helpdesk, where you can submit support tickets. These are then picked up without delay and satisfactorily resolved by one of our specialists in close consultation.

Unlike other Software as a Service solutions, Incentro offers a number of extras. The license includes continuous proactive monitoring of the Platform, as well as a number of hours of reactive and perfective maintenance. Because multiple companies use our Platform and propose potential improvements or new ideas, everyone in the user community can benefit from a continuously improving Platform. Of course, you will always be in control of whether or not to implement these innovations.
