Time Confirmation

Time Confirmation

As soon as the physical work on an Equipment or Job Site is completed, the Work Order can be finalised. One of the adimistrative actions that the mechanic or operator must do is to enter the hours worked per Work Order operation. This can be done individually per Work Order in SAP (Individual Time Confirmation). There is also the possibility to process these hours worked for a number of Work Orders in one screen simultaneously (Collective Time Confirmation). Also the type of hours must be selected (normal working hours, overtime, holidays, etc). The Work Order must at least have the status Released (status: REL) before hours can be registered.
